Building Your Roster

Create and submit your team roster for a tournament.

Where to Start

  1. Open the tournament page
  2. Go to My Roster
  3. Click Create roster

Roster Requirements

  • Minimum 11 participants on the roster
  • Roster value must be within the tournament budget
  • A team name is required to submit
  • Some teams (e.g., Human/Orc) require a Team Captain selection

Submitting a Roster

  1. Build your roster
  2. Click Submit roster
  3. Confirm the submission

Only one submitted roster is allowed per tournament. Submitting will remove any other draft rosters for that tournament.

Editing After Submission

Submitted rosters are locked for edits, but you can still update your team logo (cosmetic only).

If the organiser locks rosters, no further roster changes are allowed until they unlock (logo changes remain available).

Roster Deadlines

If the organiser sets a roster deadline, you’ll see a callout on the roster page. Submit before the deadline to avoid lockout.
