Managing Organisers

Add co-organisers to help run your tournament.

Organiser Roles

Owner

• Has complete control over the tournament
• Cannot be removed (must transfer ownership first)
• Only one owner per tournament

Organiser

• Can edit tournament details and preferences
• Can manage participants and rounds
• Can invite other organisers
• Can be removed by the owner or other organisers

Inviting Organisers

1. Go to Organisers
2. Search for a coach by name or email
3. Select them from the dropdown
4. Click Send invite

The invited coach will receive a notification and must accept to gain access.

Pending Invites

View invites that haven't been accepted yet. You can:

• See who sent the invite and when
• Rescind - Cancel the invite before it's accepted

Managing Access

For active organisers, you can:

• Add as participant - Register them as a player (if not already)
• Make owner - Transfer ownership to them (owner only)
• Revoke access - Remove their organiser privileges

Leaving the Team

Non-owner organisers can leave voluntarily:

1. Scroll to Leave organiser team
2. Click to confirm

You cannot leave if you're the only organiser or the owner.

Organisers vs Participants

Organiser status is separate from participant status:

• An organiser can choose whether to play in the tournament
• Removing someone as a participant doesn't affect their organiser access
• Revoking organiser access doesn't remove them as a participant
